More about this game
Your goal is to survive as long as possible while running at a constant speed of 620 through dark castle ruins. The core loop involves timing your jumps over spikes and holding your jump to glide over tall barriers. As you collect crimson essence, time slows down, allowing you to choose a temporary rune like a shield or shockwave. The run ends instantly if you hit a red hazard without an active shield.
Tips
- Gliding reduces your fall speed to 260, which is essential for clearing the tall barriers that can reach up to 300 units high.
- Every 5 crimson essence you collect triggers a card choice. Pick the Shield if you struggle with the tight 820-unit obstacle spacing.
- The Double Jump rune lasts exactly 12 seconds. Use it to correct early jumps or clear long clusters of up to four spikes.
FAQ
- What does the Shockwave rune do?
- It lasts for 8 seconds and automatically destroys any spikes or barriers within a 620-unit radius of your character, clearing a safe path.
- How often do runes spawn on the track?
- The first rune appears at 1450 meters, and subsequent runes spawn every 2550 meters. You can also get them by collecting 5 essence.
- Why did my character flash and lose a shield?
- If you hit a hazard while the Shield rune is active, the shield breaks, giving you 0.28 seconds of invulnerability instead of ending the run.
