More about this game
Your goal is to collect every coin on the floor to awaken the exit portal and delve deeper into the dungeon. The game operates on a turn-based system: every time you move or wait, the dungeon shifts, toggling spike traps and fire traps, and allowing green and blue slimes to pursue you. As you progress through levels, the maze grows more complex with up to 10 slimes and 15 fire traps. A run ends when you lose all three hearts to traps or slimes.
Tips
- Wait a turn if a trap is active in your path; spikes toggle every step, while fire traps toggle every two steps, allowing safe passage.
- Collect scrolls to gain an aura that dissolves slimes for 25 points. The aura lasts for 9 turns and decreases by 0.25 each step.
- Blue slimes only move every other step, whereas green slimes move more frequently. Time your movements carefully to avoid getting cornered by multiple enemies.
FAQ
- How do I defeat slimes?
- You cannot attack slimes directly. You must collect a scroll to gain a cyan aura, which makes slimes vulnerable and dissolves them for 25 points if they get within one tile of you.
- Why can't I use the exit portal?
- The portal remains locked until you collect every coin on the current level. Once the last coin is claimed, the portal awakens and grants 50 points plus 20 points per remaining heart upon exit.
- How do the traps work?
- Spike traps toggle their active state every single turn. Fire traps toggle every two turns. Stepping on an active trap costs one heart and gives you 2.2 seconds of invincibility.
