More about this game
Hoops Dynasty 5v5 puts you in control of a basketball team facing off against rivals in a timed match. On offense, you move the ball carrier, pass to open teammates, and hold the shoot button to aim for a perfect release. On defense, you control the player closest to the ball, attempting steals and timing blocks to stop the opponent's offense. The game ends when the 120-second clock expires, and the team with the most points wins.
Tips
- Time your shot release perfectly; holding the button until the charge bar is full increases your chance of scoring.
- Pass the ball frequently to find open teammates, as shooting while heavily defended reduces your chance of making the shot by 16%.
- Watch the 24-second shot clock; if it runs out before you shoot, you will turn the ball over to the rivals.
FAQ
- How long is a game?
- By default, a game lasts 120 seconds. The team with the most points when the clock hits zero wins.
- How do I score 3 points?
- Shoot the ball from outside the three-point line. If the shot goes in, you will earn 3 points instead of 2.
- How do I switch players on defense?
- The game automatically switches your control to the defender closest to the ball carrier.
