More about this game
The goal is to check in with yourself by completing a short reflective journal. You answer eight multiple-choice questions covering topics like your current energy, focus, and physical needs. There are no wrong answers or time limits. As you select choices, the background colors shift to match your mood. The session ends when you finish the final question, revealing one of four weather states—Sunny, Misty, Stormy, or Starlit—along with a short reading and a physical grounding practice.
Tips
- Take your time with each of the eight questions, as there is no timer and no wrong answers to choose.
- Notice how the background gradient transitions over 1.4 seconds when you select an answer, reflecting your emerging weather state.
- Read the gentle practice at the end carefully, as it offers a specific physical action based on your final weather.
