More about this game
Moon Garden Hopper challenges you to catch stars falling from the top of the screen across four distinct lanes. Your primary goal is to tap each star before it crosses the horizontal line at the bottom. As your score increases, the stars fall significantly faster, up to a maximum bonus speed, testing your reaction time. You begin the run with exactly three lives. Missing a star costs you one life, and the run ends immediately when your life counter reaches zero.
Tips
- Stars never fall in the exact same lane twice in a row, so you can safely ignore the lane where the last star just spawned and focus on the other three.
- The falling speed increases directly with your score but caps at a maximum bonus of 220 speed, so prepare for the pace to plateau eventually.
- Watch the bottom line carefully; it flashes red for about a quarter of a second when a star slips past, confirming that you just lost one of your lives.
FAQ
- How do I score points in this game?
- You earn points by successfully tapping the falling stars before they reach the bottom line. Each caught star triggers an expanding ring animation and adds directly to your total score.
- How many lives do I get and how are they lost?
- You start every round with exactly three lives. You lose one life each time a star drops past the horizontal line at the bottom, and the game ends when all three are gone.
- Why do the stars start falling much faster?
- The game automatically increases the falling speed of the stars based on your current score. As you catch more stars, the difficulty scales up until the speed reaches its maximum limit.
