More about this game
Your goal is to score as many points as possible within a strict 60-second time limit. The core loop involves quickly tapping glowing fireflies as they appear on the screen to build a combo multiplier. As the clock ticks down, targets spawn faster, and dangerous red sparks begin to mix in with the fireflies. The run ends exactly when the 60 seconds are up, challenging you to beat your personal best score.
Tips
- Prioritize catching fireflies quickly, as they only stay on screen for exactly 2.25 seconds before fading away and completely resetting your hard-earned combo.
- Avoid the red sparks at all costs; accidentally tapping just one of them immediately deducts 25 points from your total and drops your multiplier back to 1x.
- Focus on reaching the maximum 5x multiplier by catching 20 fireflies in a row without any mistakes. Once at 5x, every single firefly you catch awards 50 points instead of the base 10 points.
FAQ
- What happens if I miss a firefly?
- If a gold firefly fades away before you manage to tap it, your current combo multiplier resets entirely to zero. You will not lose any of your banked points, but you will have to catch five more fireflies in a row to start increasing your multiplier again.
- How long do the red sparks stay on the screen?
- The red hazard sparks remain visible for exactly 1.65 seconds before disappearing on their own. It is always safer to wait for them to vanish naturally instead of risking a tap nearby and losing 25 points.
- Does the game get faster over time?
- Yes, the spawn interval for new targets gradually decreases from the starting 0.58 seconds as the match progresses. In the final moments of the 60-second round, you will have to manage significantly more targets appearing on the screen at once.
