More about this game
Your goal is to calibrate the optics board by turning every light blue. You do this by pressing the edge switches, which flip the state of an entire row or column at once. The challenge lies in finding the optimal sequence, as flipping one line might accidentally undo your progress on another. The game features six chambers that grow from a 3x3 to a 4x4 grid. A level ends when all lights are successfully turned blue.
Tips
- Pay attention to the optimal move count shown at the top. If a puzzle's optimal par is 1 or 2, look for a simple combination.
- Flipping the same row or column twice simply undoes your action. Use the undo button at the bottom if you accidentally make a wrong move.
- Since flipping a switch affects the whole line, try to isolate the amber lights into a single row or column before your final move.
FAQ
- How many levels are there?
- There are exactly 6 puzzle chambers to complete. The first three chambers use a 3x3 grid, while the final three chambers increase the difficulty by using a larger 4x4 grid.
- What does the optimal number mean?
- The optimal number displays the absolute minimum amount of moves required to solve the puzzle. If you finish the chamber matching this exact number, you achieve a perfect calibration.
- Can I restart a puzzle if I get stuck?
- Yes, you can press the reset button at the bottom of the screen to return the grid to its original state and reset your move counter to zero.
