More about this game
Navigate a grid of neon rooms, clearing out geometric enemies to unlock the doors. Entering a combat room seals the exits until every enemy is destroyed. You start with 6 HP and a basic Pulse Pistol, but defeating the boss at the end of each floor lets you choose one of three powerful upgrades, like 15% more damage, explosive hits, or a new weapon. Survive all 10 floors of the campaign to unlock Endless Mode, where enemy speed and damage scale up until your health runs out.
Tips
- Watch out for pink splitter enemies on the first two floors; they break into two red chargers when their 2 HP is depleted.
- Check the minimap to find the boss room and plan your route. Treasure rooms appear on floors 2, 5, and 8.
- Prioritize upgrades that match your playstyle, like explosive hits for crowd control or the Scatter Shotgun for close-range burst damage.
FAQ
- How do I get new weapons?
- Defeat a floor boss and select the 'New Weapon' upgrade if it appears. This cycles your ship to the next weapon type, such as the Scatter Shotgun or Heavy Plasma Cannon.
- What happens when I die?
- Your run ends immediately, and you must start over from Floor 1 with your base stats. Your best score and highest floor reached are saved on the main menu.
- How do the boss fights work?
- Each floor ends with a boss that has unique attacks. For example, the floor 1 Sentinel dashes and fires a 12-bullet ring, while the floor 3 Prismatic Hydra spawns smaller enemies and shoots lasers.
