More about this game
Nexus Horror: Infinite RPG is a text-based roguelike where you try to survive as long as possible in a nightmare dimension. The core loop alternates between narrative events with risk-reward choices and turn-based combat against cosmic horrors. As your streak increases, enemy health scales up, and every few encounters you must face a boss with unique abilities. The run ends when either your health or sanity reaches zero.
Tips
- Using Focus in combat restores sanity and reduces the damage of the enemy's next attack.
- Keep an eye on your supplies; you need them to use Relics during combat unless you have the Chronicle Coil.
- Bosses appear based on your streak and enter a second phase at half health, activating powerful unique abilities.
FAQ
- How do I heal?
- You can heal by making certain choices during narrative events, or by using a Relic during combat if you have supplies or the Chronicle Coil artifact equipped.
- What happens when I run out of sanity?
- If either your health or your sanity drops to zero, your run ends immediately and you must restart from the beginning.
- How do artifacts work?
- You can hold up to two artifacts at a time. They provide passive bonuses like increased max health or damage, or active abilities you can use in combat.
