In Echo Labyrinth, you must navigate a pitch-black archive by sending out sound pings to briefly reveal the walls. Different materials like wood, stone, and glass echo differently, with glass creating false paths. Your goal is to collect every Resonance Crystal to unlock the exit before the 90-second timer runs out. As you progress, the maze introduces shifting walls and silent levels where you must rely on ambient cues.
Tips
- Pay attention to the colors and sounds: silver metal confirms real paths, while cyan glass creates false echoes that trick you.
- In the Shifting Archive level, the maze rotates every fourth active ping, so count your echoes carefully to avoid getting lost.
- Save your 3 Shatter charges for crucial shortcuts through wood or glass barriers when you are running low on time.
FAQ
- Why can't I ping in the last level?
- In The Silent Core, active pings are disabled. You must follow the ambient blue-gold pulses and use your limited Listen Deep charges to find your way to the crystals.
- How do I break through walls?
- Starting in level 3, you get 3 Shatter charges per run. Arm Shatter using the button or S key, then tap an adjacent wood or glass wall to break it.
- What do the Resonance Crystals do?
- You must collect every Resonance Crystal in the level to open the exit door. Each crystal you collect also adds a 20-second bonus to your gold ink timer.
