More about this game
In Submarine Impact, you pilot a neon attack sub through five dangerous deep-sea zones, from the Coral Reef to the Frozen Trench. Your goal is to survive waves of 12 mechanical enemies and defeat the unique boss at the end of each depth. As you descend, enemies move faster and fire more complex projectile spreads. You start the campaign with exactly 3 lives and 120 hull integrity per life. Losing all 3 lives ends your run entirely, forcing a restart from Level 1.
Tips
- Keep moving to avoid enemy fire. Standard enemy shots deal 10 damage, but colliding directly with an enemy ship deals a massive 18 damage.
- Do not let enemies slip past you. If an enemy reaches the left edge of the screen, your submarine automatically loses 9 hull integrity.
- Use your 0.65 seconds of invincibility after taking a hit to reposition safely. The boss health scales up in later levels, so stay aggressive.
FAQ
- How many levels are in the campaign?
- There are five levels: Coral Reef, Sunken City, Abyssal Trench, Ghost Ship Graveyard, and Frozen Trench. You must beat all five using your initial 3 lives.
- What happens when my hull integrity reaches zero?
- You lose one of your 3 lives and must restart the current level from the beginning. If you lose all 3 lives, your campaign ends and you return to Level 1.
- How do I defeat the bosses?
- Shoot the boss repeatedly while dodging its spread attacks. Each torpedo hit scores 20 points, and defeating the boss awards a massive point bonus based on the level depth.
